Lynn Grissom, founder of Lake Escape Yacht Sales, started brokering houseboats and cruisers several years ago through another company. He had a passion for boating that quickly showed in sales. Friendships formed with fellow brokers and discussions among them made it clear there was a need for a new company, one that let the broker focus on what they’re good at—selling boats and making buyers and sellers happy customers.
Lynn is the exclusive dealer for Stardust Cruisers houseboats in Western Kentucky.

Kevin & Melanie Powell
Serving Patoka Lake, husband and wife team Kevin and Melanie Powell began boating on Patoka almost ten years ago when they purchased a runabout. After adding two children and a dog to their family, the Powell’s quickly realized the lake was their family’s escape, so they added a houseboat to their lineup and never looked back. They often say their trips to the lake are a reminder to kick back, relax, and enjoy precious family time with the kids because they’ll be grown up before they know it—hence their boat name, “Don’t Blink.”
Docked at Patoka Lake Marina, the Powells offer services to all of Patoka Lake, including Hoosier Hills Marina.

Terry Bradigan
Terry lives and breathes boats. He’s a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain, as well as an NAUI-certified diver. But it’s Terry’s professional experience that makes him a truly valuable broker and negotiator to anyone looking to buy or sell a boat. In his former career as an international banker Terry worked with financial institutions all over the world. Needless to say, he knows how to get deals done on the best possible terms for everyone involved.
